you can start far harbor and nuka world at ANY time by just traveling to the starting locations by yourself instead of running after a questmarker. I haven't played Nuka World so I don't know anything about it, and I've played Automatron and it might be easier and better if you do that as soon as you get it since if you wait too long it'll become pretty difficultįirst off : saying you cannot do either till lvl 30 is pure bs. Far Harbor is in my opinion the best this game has to offer, and you might become disappointed if you play Far Harbor, then have to go back to the less than stellar questlines of Boston.

If you know this and still want some advice, I'd suggest playing Far Harbor after finishing the Commonwealth first. Enemies will scale to your level, so there's no wrong answer. You could start it right then and there, or wait until you've done everything else.

There are some limitations like being unable to play Nuka World and Far Harbor until a certain level, but once that's unlocked it won't matter. Originally posted by Beautiful Ham Sandwich:It's up to you, as with Bethesda games it's up to you what order you do things.
